Nursery- Water bubble activity

Nursery students were engaged in a ‘Water Bubble’ activity to help them understand that bubbles consist of air. The teacher supplied soap water bowls and straws to all students.Later the children were instructed to dip one end of the straw into the soap solution, gently blow from the other end, and observe the creation of bubbles. They discovered that bubbles burst quickly, learning how to hold the wand and blow bubbles. This activity also allowed toddlers to develop fine motor skills and work the muscles in their hands, mouth and jaw.
