Personality Development workshop was organized by Unicent School Nagole for grade 6-8 students.On the first day, conflict resolution was taken up.It explained the different ways to resolve conflicts. Following that, we were divided into teams and were given topics. Each topic of the role play included a conflict that needed to be solved in some way. This helped us all to understand the importance of knowing how to fix disputes and resolve fights.
On the second day, the workshop began with the brainstorming where each and everyone discussed how to choose a leader. We all shared with each other about who is our leader, who we look up to and who inspires us. After that, a few logical situations were given to solve.First was to detangle ribbons attached to the hands of two people .The second activity was to form a circle, hold each other’s hands and then turn around without letting go.
These activities improved our logical thinking skills and helped us to find different strategies and solutions to different problems.Overall, all the students immensely enjoyed the two days and took on board the need to develop our personalities and skills
