India is a diversified country. Here people of different languages, customs and cultures live together. Not only among people, but diversity is present in plants, animals and also in the land forms. Students of class 6 understood this by doing various activities like model making, PPT, experiment, storytelling, poem recitation and chart making as a part of term-1 project with the theme-‘Diversity in Nature.’ Students worked in groups which helped them to improve their collaboration and communication skills. They also have developed critical and creative thinking skills while making models and experiments to show the distillation method for purifying water.
